- Deadline to submit an abstract for a contributed oral presentation or poster: June 16, 2017
- Notifications of whether contributed abstracts were included in Workshop agenda: August 1, 2017
- Deadline to register with reduced fee ($225): August 15, 2017
- Deadline to register with full fee ($300): September 26, 2017
- Deadline to register for no-host dinner: September 26, 2017
