The 2020 CLEERS workshop will be held as a virtual event on September 14-18, 2020.  Please note that the Workshop is held from 11 AM to 4:15 PM EDT over 5 days this year, which is different from the usual three-day in-person workshop.  We are working on the details of the virtual event and will send updated information as it becomes available. After consulting with the CLEERS Advisory Committee and the DOE Advanced Engine Crosscut Team, we have concluded that many of the participants in CLEERS may be unable to travel to the CLEERS Workshop this September due to potential travel restrictions and budgetary constraints. Therefore, we have decided to hold the 2020 CLEERS Workshop as a virtual event. We are working on a revised agenda to accommodate multiple time zones. This is a reminder that the deadline to register for the 2019 CLEERS Workshop with reduced fee ($250) is July 31, 2019.  The registration page can be accessed from the 2019 CLEERS Workshop Home Page.  The registration fee is $250 before July 31 and $300 thereafter.  The registration fee covers the cost of continental breakfasts, lunches and poster reception.  If you are an invited speaker or industry panel member, we will cover your registration fee, and you will receive a waived registration page link to register. We will have an attendance limit of 150 participants. We suggest registering early to guarantee your spot.  The current cutoff date to register for the 2019 CLEERS Workshop is 5 PM, EDT on August 30, 2019. However, in the event that we exceed the attendance limit, an earlier registration cutoff may be necessary. We will post a notification on the website …
