This is a reminder that the deadline to register for the 2018 CLEERS Workshop with reduced fee ($250) is July 31, 2018.
The registration page can be accessed from the 2018 CLEERS Workshop Home Page. The registration fee is $250 before July 31 and $300 thereafter. There are multiple payment options available. The registration fee covers the cost of continental breakfasts, lunches and poster reception.
If you are an invited speaker or industry panel member, we will cover your registration fee, so please select the Invited/Panel fee category at the bottom of the registration page.
We will have an attendance limit of 150 participants. We suggest registering early to guarantee your spot. The current cutoff date to register for the 2018 CLEERS Workshop is 5 PM, EDT on August 31, 2018. However, in the event that we exceed the attendance limit, an earlier registration cutoff may be necessary. We will post a notification on the website if that occurs.
In lieu of the traditional “No-Host Dinner,” we will have a poster reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres at the Sheraton Ann Arbor on Wednesday, September 19th, 2018 (2nd day of the Workshop). The cost to attend the reception is included in the registration fee.
Hotel Information: We have a block of rooms reserved at Sheraton Ann Arbor. You can reserve a room at the Sheraton Ann Arbor Website.
